At Beale Holdings, we utilize modern building materials and careful planning to construct green, energy-efficient, passive homes. As firm adopters of Insulated Concrete Forms, the houses we build have higher racking strength, carry a lower bending load, higher maximum compressive load, and higher impact resistance than traditional wood-frame houses. All of this works together to make a home that is more resistant to storms. ICF construction is also more energy efficient, giving 20-25% savings in annual heating and cooling costs and higher noise control from the outside world.
